As a teacher in my country Bolivia, I've developed strong skills in managing groups of children, planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, positive learning environment. My role required patience, creativity, and strong communication—all qualities that are essential for childcare.

It was when a little girl I cared for surprised me with a handmade card that said, “You’re my best friend.” We had spent weeks reading books together, doing crafts, and learning new things, and that small gesture showed me how much our time meant to her. It reminded me of how meaningful it is to build trust and create a special bond with a child. Moments like that make this work incredibly rewarding and remind me why I love being a nanny.
