"Ngawang provided flexible help for our family at a time when we really needed it! Our sons were 3 and 5 when she started working with us and we had a lot of different programs we were ferrying them between. While Ngawang doesn't drive, she was able to walk our older son to school and wait for the bus with our younger son. She was also there with them on the many days when school was cancelled for holidays or otherwise. Our older son loved playing with her, whether it was basketball and other sports in the backyard or chess and other indoor activities. Our younger son has some special needs, but Ngawang was very patient and loving toward him and he always seemed to enjoy her presence. When not with our children, Ngawang helped us with cooking and basic household maintenance (dishes, picking up, taking out trash, etc), which was invaluable! We only stopped working with her because we moved."
