For outdoor activities it depends on the weather, if it's hot it's a great time to break out the hose and sprinklers, pools, etc. if it's a little cooler then we could do games. I like the giant lawn games, they're so funny.

To me the most important part to being a good Nanny/babysitter is to make sure that the little ones have a good time. It can be super scary having some stranger around your house and your things, so I always take that into consideration.
