graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelors in Biology with a 4. 0. Then, I gained 2. 5 years of experience in childcare by nannying for a family of 3 for 18 months, working at a daycare, working at as a teacher assistant for 2nd grade and kindergarten, and working at the same school's after school program. I also have medical experience from my degree in Biology and shadowing different physicians and helping with patient care during my summer and winter breaks. During my time nannying, I provided care for a 1-2-year-old girl and her siblings on occasion. I helped with laundry, errands, light house keeping, swimming, and teaching her colors. I really enjoyed watching her grow so much during her first 2 years of life. It was a joy that I hope I get to experience again!

I enjoy taking children to a nearby park, walking, riding bikes, and playing with bubbles. Some inside activities I like doing with kids include arts and crafts, board games, hide and seek, and interactive play.

The most important part about being a nanny is providing a level of care that will allow the child to grow up knowing them are seen, safe, and soothed. These are essential for a child to learn how to explore and grow relationally.
