I worked at a child care center for 2.5 years and was enrolled in ECE courses during that time. I have also received training in multiple certifications, such a SIDS, Child Abuse and Neglect, etc.
I have been babysitting for 13 years and I love to work with children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I have puzzles and other activities that I bring with me. I also enjoy doing themed activities based on the time of year and holidays. I don’t mind playing outside and getting dirty, I enjoy baking with kids or having them help me with snacks and meals.

The most important part about being a nanny is making sure that the parents and child are both comfortable and happy. As a nanny, I’m there while you can’t be, to take care of your children to the caliber that you would. Nannying provides one on one care for your child in the space and way that you prefer.

I have cared for children with developmental delays, failure to thrive, sensory processing disorders, and I have some experience with caring for children with autism.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I favorite moment recently was with my last nanny family. They had a 3yr old and a 10 month old and we were blowing bubbles outside. When the wind would blow the bubbles in the baby’s direction, they would started belly laughing. It was one of our favorite activities.
