I like to put Disney movies on for them while I prep their snacks, entertain them with their toys, just to sit with them and hear them talk.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Showing them love. Showing them that their important no matter who their with. With special needs or not they are important and deserve to have attention. Taking care of children is not a chore for me it's a passion I have in my heart. So yes I will make every second count because they are important.

I have special needs- Cerebral Palsy,
I understand some of it and being with kids in general helps me get out of my comfort zone and not focus on the downside to my disability. I haven't really worked with special need cchildren but I would love to make their day brighter.
