"I have the absolute of hiring Nikita to nanny my four year old daughter. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and is unable to form complete bonds and has trouble in social situations. However once Nikita became apart of our everyday care with her she began to flourish. Nikita was so engaging and respectful of my daughters boundaries as well as making sure that everything she did was to be better my daughters childhood. The year with her had completely changed my daughter to become more outgoing and now has some friends that she plays with in the Neighborhood. Nikita had gone above and beyond turning this job into something that I felt made such an impact in both our lives. We were sad to see her go now that my daughter will be starting school, we enrolled her in a program which sadly left us no longer needed Nikita. However from having worked with Nikita I believe no matter what job she has she will make the most of it as well as impact everyone she works with life for the better."
