A little bit about me

Hello! I am a newly incoming college freshman that will be attending American University in D.C., and I am really looking for a job! I love to babysit family friends, and just enjoy caring for kids in general, so I am hoping to continue that while I’m attending school. I’ve babysat quite a few kids, and am also certified with American Red Cross for any emergencies when it comes to babysitting. I have my license, I can cook, clean, and have experience with caring for kids (of course), no matter what the circumstances are.

I love doing activities with kids, such as going outside, bike riding, reading a book, etc.

I have a slight allergy to cats and dogs, but nothing that Benadryl can’t handle.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I traveled to Guatemala to volunteer abroad during the summer of 2024, and I would do it all over again. I was a part-time daycare assistant, so I was able to help kids do homework, make snacks, and even change infants as well.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to color, spend time outside, and play board games with kids! I’m very easy going when it comes to game ideas, and I’m always making sure they are safe:).

The most important part about being a nanny...

Building a memorable and safe relationship with the kids I work with. I never want them to have a negative memory about me. I always want to make sure that they can come to me if they need to, and that I am a safety outlet if needy!
