Hello! My name is Noelle Swanson. I'm currently living in Beloit, WI and am looking for nanny work as I work towards pursuing a degree in nursing.

In my free time, I love to bake/cook, spend time outdoors, read, exercise, watch movies, and hangout with my family!

I have extensive experience with children as I come from a very large family and have spent time a great deal of time babysitting my younger siblings and cousins. Additionally, I spent some time working with kids at the YMCA as a gymnastics coach.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I would consider having patience and maintaining safety to be two incredibly important aspects when it comes to being a nanny. A nanny typically spends a significant amount of time with the children, so it's crucial for one to always respond to the child in a calming, patient manner to keep from upsetting the child. Additionally, it is important for a safe and comforting environment to be maintained at all times. This is accomplished by keeping attention 100% focused on the children, staying present and attentive at all times, and going above and beyond to make sure they feel they are in a supportive and comforting environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When I worked as a gymnastics coach, several of my students unexpectedly brought me hand-made Christmas cards expressing their appreciation for me. It was truly such a sweet, heart-warming moment.
