The most important part of being a nanny is balancing care and guidance with fun and creativity, so children feel secure, happy, and encouraged to learn and grow. I also feel that it’s important to be mindful because they are under your supervision and even though it can be for an hour or 8 still be safe and aware.

I haven’t had direct experience working with children with special needs yet, but I’m eager to learn and am very attentive, patient, and adaptable when working with all children.

One of my favorite moments was organizing a little art day at home for my siblings. We painted, made crafts, and i sort of just let them do their own thing while also giving them projects! They were so proud of their work, and I loved seeing their imaginations come alive
