I worked at 2 daycare centers one in Uvalde texas and the other in pearsall both for about almost 2 years! I was a infant/toddler teacher at both daycares; Watching up to 10 kids at a time by myself!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I absolutely adore kids. I love to do everything with children from something so simple as watching to on the couch all the way up to running around the backyard with them, playing dinosaurs, princess parties you name it and I will do it in a heartbeat! I also love to do crafts so I will certainly teach art to y’all’s children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment I ever had was I was caring for a 2 year old for about 8 months and I had to go to college so they got a new nanny and the little girl ran up to me with her hands in the air wanting me to carry her and kept saying “ tia Norma “ she called me “ tia “ my eyes got so watery and at that moment I knew I had made such an impression on that little girl. From that moment on I knew caring for kids is just something I am meant to do.
