Hello. My name is Norma Lane I am 59 years old and a retired trauma flight nurse. I'm also a US Air Force veteran and grandmother of five girls I started my babysitting career at the age of 12 years old and babysat multiple children at one time. As I worked my way through nursing school I worked at the local daycare in Americus, Georgia.
I am not wanting to be a full-time or live in nanny however I am open for part-time, occasional, weekends and/or overnights if you need a getaway. I am open to you dropping your children off at my house and I am also available to come to your home as well.
I love to sing even though it may not be at any professional level LOL, paint, craft, outdoor activities, love to cook. I encourage reading and would read with your child.

I worked at a daycare all through nursing school and being a registered nurse for over 25 years I have a lot of experience caring for children. I have recently retired but was a certified emergency room nurse and a flight nurse. I am meticulous, alert, happy and truly enjoy caring for children.

Singing, art, reading, imagination creation, outdoor activities, such as: identify flowers, trees, 🐛 bugs structured play

The most important part about being a nanny...

TRUST! I have five granddaughters and I would want them to feel comfortable with anyone who's in charge of their care. My care would be given as if I were their grandmother!

As a trauma nurse and former ICU nurse I have experience with ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes, cannulas, monitoring blood sugars
