A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Anyia, a 19-year-old online college student with a deep love for working with children. Growing up in a large family, I gained hands-on experience caring for my younger siblings, which shaped my nurturing and dependable nature. I’ve worked at Smart Start Academy and KinderCare Learning Center, where I supported children’s learning, play, and daily routines. I’m committed to creating safe, engaging spaces where kids feel supported, and my flexible college schedule allows me to be fully present for the families I work with.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Spending time with kids is one of my favorite things, especially when we’re learning and having fun together. I love doing creative activities like arts and crafts, reading storybooks with silly voices, and building forts or puzzles that spark imagination. I enjoy outdoor play too—whether it’s going to the park, kicking around a ball, or simply exploring nature. I’m also a big fan of themed days, like pajama parties or mini science experiments that help kids learn while having fun. Most of all, I love finding moments where laughter and learning meet.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is building trust—not just with the parents, but with the child. It means creating a space where kids feel safe, seen, and supported every single day. A great nanny doesn’t just care for a child; they care about who that child is becoming. It’s about patience, consistency, and showing up with kindness, even during the hard moments.
Whether it’s tying tiny shoelaces or calming big emotions, it’s the little acts of love that make the biggest impact.

Kaylyn A. - Seeking Work in Bowling Green

Babysitter Available in Bowling Green, KY: Kaylyn A.

I have years of experience with caring for children in both schools and daycare settings: I volunteered in school at my local center and preschool, taught and assisted preschool classes at head-start, and ran a licensed in-home daycare. I believe in creating a safe place for children to learn and grow, with the individualized care they need. I also believe children learn best through play, so I enjoy creating different developmentally appropriate games and activities.

My name is Skye! I am 18 years old and originally from Iowa, but I moved here in February. I love taking care of kids. I’m the oldest sister to 6 children ranging from 3-16 currently. I only can work till 5 with enough time to get home everyday except tuesdays and wednesdays due to another job that will conflict, I can request days off or to switch if needed. I will do very early mornings if need be as well! My average workday is from 5pm-1am, so I would need to work around those times.
I have a car to transport them. I also have experience with animals. I have three cats of my own and have had dogs within my family since I can remember. I like to clean and cook as well as teach. I previously aspired to be a teacher, however now I would love to open up a business of a child’s playroom.
