My experience with special needs children...
I've worked with children with ADHD in which I have as well so this is so understandable. I've worked with kids with Autism in which i have two nieces, a nephew and a brother who is autistic. Every child is different and I can adapt with a list from the parent about any child.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when I see the smile on the kids faces and I tell them that they are doing a great job when they are doing things that are good.
