The most important part about being a nanny is to love the kids as yours, guiding and nurturing them making them feel so special amongst other kids especially kids with special needs who feels like they are not so good or special. Making them know that being in the position of getting special needs doesn’t mean he or she can’t get the same love, treatment and affection like normal kids. All kids are special in their own way.
