The most important part about being a nanny for me is being on the same level with the child and responsibility. I have to be understanding and loving towards them. They are too small to tell you their feelings or needs and patience plays a big role in being a nanny.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I was trying to teach my 1.5 year old nephew how to say my name. When I would say it slowly and have him repeat it, he would say it perfectly but when I would say my name fast and ask him to repeat my name he would call me "uncle". Every time he seen me he would just run to me and yell "uncle". :)
