I have worked full time in daycares in Germany and the US for many years. Also during my time in college I interned in 7 different daycares to learn about different teaching styles and I worked as a babysitter and nannie for several families since I was 16.

I enjoy letting children explore our world.
Taking them outside where they can discover nature through walks, visits of parks and playing on playgrounds encourages their curiosity, creativity and strengthens their large motor skills.
I like to create unique activities for children that are age appropriate, fun and challenging that help them grow and reach developmental milestones.
I see children as functioning and valuable members of society. Finding ways to include them in daily tasks shows them that they are capable and helpful and it encourages them to become more independent. I value their opinions and ideas and strive to incorporate them while maintaining clear rules and boundaries.
My working style is hands-on as I enjoy actively engaging with children through reading books to them, creating art together, singing songs, having dance parties and being a fun play partner.
