I have always had a helping hand in my grandmother's daycare for as long as I can remember. In her daycare we had children who ran from infant to 12 years of age. I also used to babysit kids from the daycare on the weekends before I had a daughter of my own.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I really enjoy playing outdoors and exploring with the children. Lots of times I would take the children on walks around the neighbor hood, or to the park to play. Freeze tag, planting flowers, discovering bugs, and playing catch were always favorites of mine. We also spent time at the pool, museums, and even the zoo. On rainy/cold days I enjoy playing cards, board games, and hide n go seek! I am really about sitting down doing hands on activities with the kids, and all together just making sure everyone is having fun!
