My Mom was an elementary school principal while I was in high school, so I have relevant classroom experience! I used to read to the kids in the classroom, and lead all of their activity days! Also, I did daily school lessons with the kids I nannyed for over the past two summers!

When the weather is nice, I love to get the kids out of the house, like take them to the park or on a picnic! When it is gloomy outside, I love to watch a movie, read books, or play games!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was a nanny in my hometown for the most precious family over this past summer! When I left to go back to school I gave my two 9 year olds (twins!) my phone number, and I told them to text or call me whenever they want! Well, they have taken that SUPER seriously HAHA!!! I get FaceTimes from them very regularly or texts from them just reminding me how much they love me. Sometimes, it is just the little push I need throughout the day, and it reminds me how much of an impact I was able to make on them and how much of an impact they were able to make on me!

I have traveled to many places in the world including spending a year in Paraguay as an exchange student in high school. Being able to speak Spanish has been a blessing to me because I have been able to meet so many more wonderful people!
Eventually I will have to slow down, but for now I am an adult who hasn't forgotten how to play and thankful I have plenty of energy to keep up with kids and I actually enjoy doing it! Pickleball is my favorite sport, one reason being it is multigenerational and can include the whole family and it is also great exercise!!
