The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is watching the little boy I au paired for grow up. I met him when he was just 5 weeks old, and caring for him over three years was such a joy. From his first smile to his first steps and all the funny toddler moments in between seeing his personality blossom made every day so special.
