The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny to me is building a bond between me and the children and also the parents/family. I know for experience that if you lack a bond, their won’t be a certain level of trust and enjoyment in the environment which the child is growing in. I believe with a strong bond comes trust, better safety, laughter and a new friend for your child.

I think of if my favorite nanny moments is when I was asked if I could face paint at the child’s birthday party. I agreed with no need to pay because when I saw the child’s face and all of their friends faces light up. It’s was worth more then anything:)
