I think the most important part of being a nanny is making sure all of the children's needs are being met. If they are warm, fed, not tired, feel safe, etc., then they will be able to develop the skills they need. Not to mention be able to have fun!

I nannied a few summers ago for a family with a son with autism. I also worked in a daycare for a behavior therapy center. I went through the training to become an RBT, but unfortunately, the daycare closed before I could get my official certification.
