My favorite moments of nannying are when we “dance it out”. Whenever a kid is having a hard time, I like to try to listen to at least one song where we have a dance party and see how the kid feels afterwards. It almost always gets them smiling and laughing, and then they’re more likely to open up and tell me what’s wrong!
