My professional is a care giver qualify by the California Riverside county IHSS program since 2016. I don't speak Spanish but I speak other languages. I worked as nanny in San Diego county with two different families and I had to leave since my husband committed for a while in the hospital. That was 2017. The first family was 3 girls 13/15/9 years old. House duties and make sure they're on time for school and homework when they had.
The second one was a great young kid 13 years old that also just driving him to his golf practice. I have many years of experience in child care. you would think taking care of your own Nieces and nephews is not connected a job with many responsibilities you're wrong! I was asked to be even better and show much more responsibility. I also how to manage a house hold with a side buisness for many years.

Art all kind. Puzzles, sport activities ( ball games) read stories. I can teach your kid to swim safely and I can tell you that I'm a great swimmer.

Safety, and if it comes to a radical situation ( never happened to me before) your kid life becomes before me. They see you as their protector when their parents not around. Communication in all levels and of course being loving and give great feedback from time to time.
