I'm also bilingual (Spanish), my parents are from Dominican Republic but I was born in Virginia and later moved to Maryland with my mother. My mother actually sparked my interest in caring for other children since she's been a nanny/housekeeper for most of her life. I loved the connection she had with the children and their families.
