"We have been extremely happy with Paola’s care for our infant son! He is so happy to see her each morning and even seems reluctant to leave her at the end of the day. She is very attentive to his developmental needs and evolving sleeping/eating schedules - she informs us regularly about how much he’s eating and how naps are going, and any new skills or behaviors he’s making progress on. Evening meals and bedtime are always smooth sailing on the days has spent with her. We also love that she sends updates via texts - photos, videos, etc. Note: we are still active customers of Paola’s as of writing this, but this form required that I specify an end date so I put the current date."

It is a small setting allowing our daughter to get social time with her peers while also having opportunities for more individualized attention. Paola is the main feature here though. "Paola has been amazing with my daughter and she truly enjoys going to nannyshare everyday. Paola does activities with the kids that can include anything from paint, stickers, water, music, outside play and help with her chickens and garden, which my daughter loves. My daughter used to be very slow to warm when she first started going and Paola was sensitive to that and supported her as she got more and more comfortable. Paola has also been sensitive to and supportive of our parenting preferences/choices, such as how we like our daughter to be supported to sleep for naps and potty training support. Paola is flexible and has been super helpful when we needed an additional day of childcare. She also is great at communicating, whether it’s alerting us if anyone in her family is sick so we can decide if we are comfortable taking our daughter or if there’s a conflict between the kids (which is rare). Overall our experience has been great and I absolutely recommend her to anyone!"

"Paola is a strong caring organized mother of three who clearly loves all children. She has worked with many babies and toddlers over her years of experience as a teacher and nanny. Children in her care enjoy age appropriate urban farm experiences, like growing sunflowers and observing her backyard chickens, in addition to the usual arts and crafts. There are outings to local parks and trips to Hiller Aviation museum, Curiodessy etc with parent permission. My child enjoys her time with Auntie Paola so I think yours would too"
