Taking them to the pool, thunder road, bowling, going to the park, (only during the summer of course). In the winter we could go sledding, have a snowball fight, or just play lots in the snow together. We could also do some playing inside with toys, do some dress up, or (if allowed), play video games of their choice, (if appropriate).
