Respect between parents and nanny is key. I respect parent choices (unless they present a danger to children or myself) and I trust that parents will respect me.

I have cared for 2 infants with Down syndrome as a full time nanny. I was a gymnastics instructor and gave private lessons to a variety of children with special needs, such as non verbal kiddos and kids with autism.
