More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages. I’ve helped teach preschool and completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) classes, which deepened my understanding of child development and learning. In addition to my CNA certification and attending nursing school, I’ve volunteered at church camp, working with kids from the nursery through high school. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in providing safe, nurturing, and engaging care tailored to each child’s needs.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love engaging kids in enriching activities both at home and out in the community. It’s very important to me to have the flexibility to take them on age-appropriate outings. Whether that’s visiting local parks, exploring museums, or simply enjoying fresh air and sunshine. Even with little ones who may not be ready for bigger adventures, I still prioritize getting outside whenever possible.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, feel supported, and build confidence. It’s not just about keeping them safe, it’s about truly supporting their development on every level: emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
I especially believe in the value of real-world experiences. Going on outings—whether it’s to parks, museums, or story time —not only helps kids burn energy but also gives them the opportunity to socialize, explore new environments, and learn through hands-on interaction. These moments are just as important as structured routines at home, and I try to incorporate both into my care style.
At the end of the day, being a nanny means becoming a consistent, positive influence in a child’s life—and helping them feel both loved and capable every step of the way.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was with a family I cared for over two years. I had the joy of helping their first child adjust to welcoming a new sibling, and later, supporting their second child as they became a big brother to the third and final baby. It was so special to be part of their growing family and watch each child step into their new role with so much love. I still visit them as often as I can, it feels like coming home.
