In camp we would watch the kids all day every day they came for the summer and have fun activities for them. In child watch we would babysit the kids if the parents were using the facilities, so only for a few hours. Then swim instructing we would teach them how to swim day by day just getting them comfortable to the water. I’ve also babysat all my life including while my mom was a passworker, my nieces, and family friends. I currently work at a kids hair salon so I’m still getting experience with kids!
