Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Taking them to the library, park where they can ride their scooters or simply play at the park. If the baby is young we go for walks just to enjoy the warm days.
My experience with special needs children...
I learnt to work with an autistic kid who was just starting therapy. He had good days, not so good days, bad days and very bad days. I saw how therapy can help them. Therapy helps them to communicate and turn them in different and happy kids.
I also worked with a 19-year old boy who had a speech impediment and down syndrome. He was a loving kid. He was a grown teenager but had the brains of a very young kid. He used to love go to Lambs Farm in Libertyville, Illinois, Aquapark and the trampoline park. He did not like parks but loved playing UNO. I had forgotten about that games until he refreshed my skills. He always loved when he won.

My favorite nanny moment is when I see their achievements, etc. First steps, first time the potty on the toilet, or repeat what you teaching them.
