Hi, I'm Paxton, a little bit about me, I live in Apex with my husband. I graduated from App State in 2019 with a BS in child development. I have almost 8 years of experience working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers. I come from a big family where, at some point we always have a baby to love on. I've always known I was soft hearted with a love for helping children grow into their own little people. I believe all children deserve to be met where they are, loved and supported no matter what. When working with new children I think it's so important to build a relationship where they feel valued and heard. My outlook on caring for kids is based on their interests; it's very child led. I want to create an environment where your child is excited to learn and explore new things while still maintaining appropriate boundaries. My goal when working with families is to ensure the parents and I are a team so I can provide the best care and support for your family.

I think being a nanny requires the perfect balance of being support for the children and their parents. I strive to make sure I'm working with the parents to move towards a common goal; your child's well-being. I'm a firm believe does take a village and I love being that support wherever I can be, for the child or their parents. If one day, that support looks like tidying your house so you can have some time with your children I'd love to be those extra hands. If other days, that support is getting your kids out of the house so you can have some you time I would also love to support you there. For me, being a nanny is providing support for your family, not only your children.
