Hi! I’m Payton, I have been babysitting for family friends and other family’s for about four years now and I love it so much! I am a junior in high school and I plan on graduating early during my senior year. I hope to attend NAU in the fall of 27. I love baking, cooking, and being outside. I also love art and reading. I love babysitting because kids are fun and energetic like I am and taking care of children makes me extremely happy. Once summer starts I will be available much more often because I won’t have school. Although I get done with school at 1 P.M currently. I look forward to getting to know you and your kiddos!!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Helping out the parents and making sure the kids get all the love they can get! I also think that I learn from the kids just as much as they learn from me, and I think that’s such a beautiful thing. Creating a safe environment is also super important to me so the child feels comfortable to express themselves around people other than their parents.

My experience with special needs children...

I have babysat for a child with autism, that taught me the patience I need to have with children with special needs. Although I don’t have a lot of experience with children with special needs, I understand patients is key and staying calm is the best way to handle any situation.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is when I was babysitting my aunts three year-old and I taught her to swim! She was so excited to be able to swim like her older siblings and told everyone how she could swim and was extremely happy.
