A little bit about me

I’ve been working with children for most of my life—it’s something that’s always come naturally to me. I started babysitting at 13, and by 18 I became a full-time daycare teacher, which really deepened my love for early childhood development. I’ve continued nannying and babysitting over the years to support my college journey. Working with kids brings me so much joy—I love being part of their growth, helping them learn through play, and creating a safe, fun space where they can thrive.
I am a fun energetic person who loves to intrigue a child’s mind with learning as well as keeping them safe and loved.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have several years of hands-on experience working with children in various settings. In 2015, I worked as a daycare teacher, caring for a group of nine pre-K children. Teaching and guiding them through early learning milestones was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. In 2020, I spent eight months working with children on the autism spectrum, where I focused on supporting communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines—drawing heavily from my training as an RBT. In 2022, I was a nanny for two years for a family with an infant and a toddler. My most recent job involved taking care of one infant for a few months before moving to the New England area June 2025. During that time, I helped foster their development through play-based learning, arts and crafts, reading, and nurturing routines that supported their growth and confidence.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

One of my favorite things to do with kids is arts and crafts. I love watching their creativity come to life, whether we’re painting, making seasonal decorations, or just doing a silly glue-and-glitter project. It’s such a fun way to help them express themselves, build fine motor skills, and feel proud of what they’ve made. I also enjoy tying crafts into books we're reading or holidays coming up—it keeps things exciting and meaningful.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment where children can truly flourish. It's about more than just supervision—it's being a consistent, nurturing presence in their daily lives. I believe in helping kids feel seen, heard, and encouraged, so they can grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy.

My experience with special needs children...

As a former RBT, I’ve had hands-on experience working with children with autism and other developmental needs. I’m trained in using ABA techniques to support behavior management, communication, and daily living skills. I’ve learned how important patience, consistency, and celebrating small wins are. That background really helps me create a calm, supportive environment where kids can feel successful and understood.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when the older sister gently showed her baby brother how to be kind—he had grabbed a toy from her, and instead of getting upset, she reminded him to be kind and to share. He couldn’t talk yet, but he watched her so closely, like he was learning. It reminded me how much kids learn just by watching, and how important those little everyday lessons are.
