I view child development as one of the most important things when it comes to watching and caring for children. It's important to teach children the necessary skills such as problem solving, writing and making their own choices, so that they may grow to become their own person later on in life.

One of my favorite moments from working in child care is walking in one morning and all the children coming up to hug me. It really made me feel loved and made me feel confident in my job!
