Having a positive impact on a child's life and letting them know how important and special they are. Allowing a child to express themselves in the most positive way is something I believe is a key in development.
My experience with special needs children...
I have 3 years of experience of working with children with special needs. What's key to me is learning their daily living patterns and them as an individual. I have an innate ability to advocate for those who may not be able to advocate for themselves. It's important that I do anything I can allowing a child to learn, adapt, and grow through their daily experiences.
