A little bit about me

I have a 3 week old baby girl and want many more in the future! I would love to care for your kiddos while also being able to care for my girl (she would be with me most of the time, she sleeps almost all day.) I love teaching younger children about newborns, helping with diapers and bottle feedings, etc. We will make fun foods and do enrichment activities and go for walks if allowed. I am cpr and first aid certified with a clean driving record for all of your transportation needs. I am happy to help with house chores, laundry, dishes, groceries etc. I love being outside and teaching and nurturing and nannying is my dream job!!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I currently coach 4/5/6 grade girls basketball and have done this for the last 2 years!

I am also a new mom with a 3 week old baby girl but took multiple child development classes, newborn care classes, and enrichment activities classes. I am CPR certified and first aid certified. I have had my food handlers permit in the past, but haven’t worked in food for a while. I take newborn nutrition and safety very seriously.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Outdoor:
-hikes
-any sports (grew up playing and coaching basketball, played volleyball, soccer and tried lacrosse)
- neighborhood walks
- water activities/swimming
- going to the park
-sidewalk chalk

Indoor:
-crafts
-making fun nutritious foods, baking, etc.
-art, drawing, painting, etc.
- playing dress up if you have a little princess
- playing with toys
- reading stories

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure that the children feel like they are safe and loved. Enrichment and play based learning is important to me and it’s what I would want for my own children.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for an elementary school aged boy with high functioning autism.
