If your heart isn’t in it then do not be in the child care industry. You must have a passion for children to better yourself as a nanny. Learning, learning, and learning. Just as much as we teach our little ones things. We must be open-minded to learn from children as well. Illuminating your knowledge as a person in child care is crucial. Being rooted and grounded in my faith allows for me to consume my nurturing feminine demeanor and behavior.
