More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I once had my niece (6) and nephew (10) live with me for about 2 years and was paid to watch them after school by my brother (I was 15 at the time). Another time I had my grandpa stay at my house for about 2 years and would keep him company and run errands for him (I was 18 at the time) so I have a good amount of experience taking care of people from a variety of ages.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Indoor it’s really whatever the child enjoys doing I just enjoy watching them be happy. Outdoors it’s the same thing, but I do enjoy going for walks, going to parks, playing sports/fun games, riding bikes, the list and go on and on be like I said I enjoy whatever makes the child happy
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is following the parents instructions after that I’d say making sure the children are always safe, making sure they feel safe, and having a welcoming environment to be themselves .
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have any experience, babysitting special needs children. The only experiences I have with special needs children is throughout school making friends them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One time while babysitting my niece, I took her to a park and she seen some other kids playing, and I could tell that she wanted to play with them, but she was nervous, but after a small peptalk and some encouragement. She went over and asked to play and the other kids were very accepting, and she still has them as friends till this day. I had a lot of moments, babysitting her and her brother, but that was by far my favorite
