I approach every nannying job with a loving and fun spirit. I have an understanding for the developmental level of each child and handle situations differently with each age group. I love the Montessori style of teaching and use it to help your child develop strong motor skills and gain confidence in independent tasks. I prioritize daily outside time to get fresh air and vitamin D, as it has shown amazing effects on mood, stability, and overall health. I rarely use screen time. I reserve screen time for the parents to use when they need it most. When I am with your kids, they will be engaged so that they will not need it. My favorite part of nannying is getting to know the kids I work for and becoming their best friend. I am the nanny that is in the pool playing with all the kids, running around outside, and having dance parties before bed.
