A little bit about me

I began babysitting from a young age and have always loved working with kids. After graduating high school I began my first job as a summer camp counselor for children with special needs. The following Fall I accepted a job working for an after school program. After that, the family whose daughter I had babysat since infancy opened a daycare center, so I started working there in 2014 and stayed until 2017 (when my son was born). I began as the assistant teacher in a Pre-K (4) room, became a Pre-K (3) teacher, and then finally the lead teacher in the infant (6-12 month) room! The past nine years I have been a stay-at-home mom to my three children. I’m passionate about finding fun, creative, and developmentally enriching activities for children. I am a Montessori enthusiast, and implemented as much as I could into our home while my children were young. I work hard to foster independence and nurture confidence in all stages of childhood through careful observation and patience.
