My experience with special needs children...

I cared for a 13 year old boy with LFA (low functioning autism) through seven counties. I had to do specific exercises with him each day I was with him such as, encourage communication with others. For example, let him pay for the cookie dough at checkout. Exercise safe and clean work environment, such as washing hands before prepping cookies and safe protocols while putting them into the oven. At the end of our visits I would have to fill out a report through seven counties with his achievements, questions or concerns.
