Figuring out how to connect and communicate with each child you are caring for because they are all different and will have different and specific needs and every child communicates in different ways. Also just making sure the children you are caring for are safe and feel comfortable around you (:

i worked at a special needs care facility for 2 years and i loved it :) i changed, showered, and fed all my residents. it was a life changing and best experience. i learned a lot from it for sure !
