I love helping kids have fun, feel understood and seeing them grow! I tend to do more physical games around kids such as tag, hide and seek, nerf wars or really whatever game they want to play.

I love helping with homework or exploring educational material in a way that makes learning easier and fun!
I’m very patient, but can be stern when needed. I always try to understand how each household’s rules work and follow them to the best of my ability, so as not to cause conflict or contradicting practices.

I can cook anything from a box or more basic foods, if I have a recipe. I don’t mind helping with any light chores or with helping the kids get theirs done as well.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Any kind of crafts and arts with them is always enjoyable. I love spinning kids around in the air, especially when they start to giggle.

I love playing pretend with them, the floor is lava on couches, board games or card games, etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Helping kids learn how to express themselves, and being patient enough to let them find the words they want to use. I think knowing how to communicate with others in a clear way is always an important skill to learn.
Often times I’ve found that kids get upset, when they feel misunderstood or aren’t able to clearly express what they want to say.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience in working with autistic children. I understand that patience and listening is key in helping them feel understood. I've helped calm down quite a few outbursts, when they're having difficulty with strong emotions or expressing themselves.
