I have been in the field for over 10 years and I also have my 90hr Child Growth and Development Certification. I have cared for newborns through 10 years old. I am also certified to work with special needs individuals and have extensive training through The Arc and CHI centers.

To me a nanny is always important especially in most cases they’re the first “Teachers” that your child will encounter before going into traditional school. My most important asset is learning each child, accepting them for who they are and impact their growth and development through the means possible.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moment which has happened quite a few times is; the bond that I have with different children while working in their home, once I’m leaving for the day the kids would run after me and say stay. Wow!!! That’s an amazing feeling just to be loved. Also, to be accepted in the families home and to feel like a member and not just a worker.
