Recently, I worked with a family with four children. I cared for a 4-month-old baby and a 1-year-old toddler full-time, while also helping with the care and routines of two older boys who attended school in the mornings. My responsibilities included feeding, diaper changes, naps, age-appropriate activities, and maintaining daily routines for the younger children, as well as supporting the family as a whole.
