I love to learn new things so I’m constantly reading and watching a variety of different subjects. So for me to show someone else what I learned is very satisfying and to watch the excitement in a child’s face when they learn something new and do it o their own is the best reward for me.

I have never personally taken care of someone with special needs personally but I have been around ppl that care for and have special needs children. But for me I’m the kind of person that when I have a new job duty or task I learn everything I can about it so that I go into the experience fully prepared.
