Especially one who is a mother because, she has children of her own, who she would want someone to trust enough to protect and love your child while bother parents or one is away. A nanny show always be patient and active with the kids and build a special bond with the child, so that the child can feel safe. also, understand that every child is different. A nanny should be there to keep the child safe and not harm them in any way or form.
