My responsibilities mostly included preparing simple meals and snacks, assisting with homework, organizing fun activities like arts and crafts or games, maintaining a safe environment, and helping with bedtime routines when needed. These experiences have helped me develop patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep children engaged and well cared for.

Activities I enjoy doing with children include arts and crafts (im a big art girl myself, i can paint all day), drawing, playing games, reading stories, and spending time outdoors when the weather allows. My experience with special needs children has mainly been within my family.And at a very young age, Through this experience, I’ve learned the importance understanding, and providing a supportive environment for children with different needs. I’m comfortable adapting to routines, being attentive to each child’s individual needs, and creating a safe and caring space where they feel supported and included.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a child I was caring for complete a small art project they were really excited about. We spent time drawing and coloring together, and seeing how proud they were of what they made was such a rewarding moment. I love moments like that where children feel encouraged, creative, and happy, and it reminds me why I enjoy working with kids so much.
