A little about me: I’ve been working with children for many years, and children always seem to adore me, as parents often comment on my ability to be a “kid magnet!” I’m a high-energy person who loves to be physically active, whether that means playing games, going on an adventure outside, or swimming. I also really love teaching children to swim, as I think it’s an excellent way to help them build confidence while having an absolute blast. I really love working with children and creating an environment where they feel happy and safe.

As the oldest sibling in my family of six children, I think I’ve learned the value of patience, responsibility, and the ability to stay organized while dealing with many different personalities. I think I also know the value of finding the right mix between having fun and creating an environment where children feel safe. I’m proud to be someone children can trust, look up to, and count on.

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a shy child gain confidence in swimming. At first, they were nervous to get in the water, but through encouragement, games, and patience, I watched them take their first independent strokes. Seeing their excitement and pride was such a rewarding moment and it reminded me why I love working with kids. Helping them grow, learn, and feel proud of themselves is the best feeling.
